Womens World Cup 2019 (plus some techie stuff)
The galleries will be coming later, but first we’d like to announce our brand new hosting server supplied by our good friends at Krystal Hosting.
We became rather disillusioned by the support received from our old server at TSO, and after further research we realised that they had actually ‘sold out’ to GoDaddy around a year ago.
As the original reason we joined TSO was to escape the clutches of GoDaddy, and then finding out that TSO had been sold out by their owners, the search was on for a new host.
After a pretty long search around UK hosting companies, and ringing a few likely suspects to find out their response times and knowledge, we finally settled on Krystal to be our new partners, and this decision was vindicated within 45 minutes of our first call as clients, when they announced that EIGHT websites had been migrated over to them!
Some pretty spectacular stuff there then, and combined with them using something called ‘SSD’ servers (a Samsung technology a bit like memory cards) and Litespeed caching, it only got better!
Just a couple of teething problems, mainly with malware that got migrated over from TSO that we needed to delete, and our websites were up and running and nameservers changed to Krystal.
We look forward to a long and lasting relationship with Krystal Hosting, safe in the knowledge that their technology and hands-on experience is far and away above that of TSO and GoDaddy.
The Womens World Cup 2019
The Womens World Cup kicks off later today with the hosts France taking on South Korea.
Favourites for this competition should be Spain (who apparently never lose), but glancing through a few betting markets we see that Spain are available at anywhere between 14/1 – 25/1 to win the Womens World Cup outright, so we’ll be putting a few quid on that one!
England and Scotland are in the same group, so expect a few goal-less draws and commiserations in that one.
Anyway, on to our world cup themed totty gallery.
We have no idea if one or more of these girls actually PLAYS football, but if they do, our money would be definitely on them:
That’s all for this blog post, and we look forward to seeing you next time!
